In this blog, we hope to offer inspiring, educational, and mouth-watering content. We’ll be featuring the dishes leaving our kitchen, the favorites in our Bakery Café, and of course indulging our readers with our latest concoctions from the bar. We’re going to look at the evolution of brasserie fare, the inspiration behind certain iconic dishes, spotlight our best-in-class staff, and showcase exciting recipes, adapted for the home, that will hopefully get you in the kitchen and cooking! Since we’re “NYC Loyal™”, we’re also going to put the spotlight on our local purveyors, unearth their passion for food and what makes them tick – from Brooklyn to Long Island City to the Hudson Valley to Amagansett. We’re also going to invite you into our kitchen, where you’ll meet our Executive Chef and the kitchen crew. And we’ll post videos that offer great insight into the professional kitchen operations of a restaurant with a unique point of view.
